Kristianna Mugnai, Esq.
Thomas J. Manzi Law, PC Associate

Kristianna Mugnai joined Thomas J. Manzi, P.C. in 2023, bringing with her a deep commitment to serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. Her practice focuses on Elder Law, Estate Planning, and Long-Term Care Planning, where she provides thoughtful guidance to clients seeking to protect their futures and the well-being of their loved ones.

Before joining the firm, Kristianna practiced at a prominent Manhattan law firm, gaining extensive experience in Estate Planning and Administration, Elder Law, Medicaid, and Article 81 Guardianship matters. This foundation has equipped her with the skills and sensitivity needed to address the unique challenges facing older adults, adults with disabilities, and their families.

Kristianna earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she concentrated on elder law and estate planning. Her dedication to these fields earned her the Linda Carmody-Roberts Scholarship for exceptional commitment to elder law. During law school, she was also selected by the Honorable A. Gail Prudenti to participate in Hofstra’s Center for Children, Families, and the Law’s 17-A Guardianship Project. In this role, she supported families navigating guardianship matters for children with disabilities—an experience that reinforced her passion for advocacy and service.

Kristianna is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. As an active member of the Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York State Bar Associations, she remains engaged in the legal community and committed to ongoing professional development.
